Planom višeg reda, odnosno prostornim planom posebne namjene za primorje Crne Gore, pet katastarskih parcela planirano je kao stambena područja, dok su dvije velike parcele predviđene za prirodna područja, gdje je moguća izgradnja objekata za kampovanje i sportsko-rekreativna igrališta na otvorenom, takođe za objekte namenjene poljoprivrednim/poljoprivrednim domaćinstvima.

Detaljne namjene katastarskih parcela date su kroz DUP „Kamenari- Đurići“, koji je u međuvremenu izbrisan iz registra Ministarstva održivog razvoja i turizma i trenutno nije aktivan. je aktivirana biće moguće podneti zahtev za građevinsku dozvolu.

Detailed purposes of cadastral parcels were given through the detailed urban plan (DUP) “Kamenari- Đurići", which in the meantime was removed from the register of Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism and is not active at the moment. As soon as the plan is activated it will be possible to apply for the construction permit.
